Group Fitness Sessions are available both indoors or outdoors depending on what style of training you prefer. There might be a few of you at work, a group of friends, or your running or sports club wanting help to improve their fitness.
The bigger the group the less each person pays… Send in your enquiry today!
Zen Yoga is a traditional eastern style of yoga, based on mindfulness practices, aiming toward finding space within body and mind. This style of yoga is less about forcing the body into specific shapes and more about finding ways to gently explore where you can find your own inner alignment.
There is a strong emphasis on breathing exercises, relaxation and releasing of physical and emotional tension. Suitable for all abilities and all ages, whether you have ever experienced yoga before or not.
I lead Zen Yoga classes at Sandylands in Skipton in 6 week blocks.
You will need a mat, along with a blanket if they have them.
If you need blocks or straps please bring them.
Classes are £10 each pay as you go, or £42 if you pay for the full 6 week block.
Please contact me to book a block or to pay as you go click the button below.

Thursdays
1-2pm - Gentle Yoga for every body
In the summer months we take our practice outside to the natural beauty of Aireville Park, Skipton. Practicing in nature allows us to find a connection with earth, heart and soul. This class is suitable for anybody over 18 years, mats and blankets are provided, or a folding chair if needed. Postures can be adapted to what is achievable with your body in each moment. We explore a combination of breathwork, postures, and relaxation. During the colder months we will take our practice indoors, in the wellbeing hub at Fisher Medical Centre. Pay as you feel, or what you can afford into the donations bucket.
