I am qualified to provide practical workshops and sessions in Mindfulness, Meditation & Relaxation, on a one to one basis and to small or large groups.
I am also trained in mindfulness based cognitive behavioural therapy which can be provided on a one to one basis for specific presenting issues.
I trained as a Zen Yoga Teacher through Zenways training, enabling me to further assist people in self exploration through movement, breathwork and guided relaxation. This has led to further exploration of the mind body connection and trauma focused learning in the format of training in Trauma Sensitive Restorative Yoga with Barefoot Body Training.
During my own personal journey into wellness I have become much more physically active and learnt how to manage my own physical conditions (scoliosis and hypermobility) through strengthening and supporting my body, which led me to train in the fitness industry where I learnt how to provide bespoke Personal Training Services and Group Fitness Training.
I am able to provide therapy for Specific Controlled Conditions through GP referrals.
I am a member of the Complementary Therapists Association and have insurance for the complimentary therapies I offer through my membership.
